I’m slowly making my way through the Iron Trial individual lift attempts. I’ll be putting the good, the bad and the ugly up…I think ;o) Here are a couple to whet your lips. Much, much more to come 🙂

MSG WOD

A. Deadlift
4×5@79%

B. 40RFT:
– Sled Push x 10m @ bodyweight or close to it
– Farmer Carry x 10m @ bodyweight or close to it

(We’ll do sleds/yoke on the turf and farmers on the rubber)

* 40min cutoff

A. Back Squat

3@80%
AMRAP@90%

B1. Pause Back Squat
3-5×5-8@60%
B2. Clean Pull
3-5×5@79%

Session II

A. Hang Clean
5@75%
3@85%
1@95%
1@75%
1@85%
1@95%
1@100%
1@105%
Then singles if possible and feeling good.

B. For Time:
– Sled Push x 200m @ bodyweight or close to it
