Read what I got up to today…

A. Skills Session
Spent 15mins working on overhead squats (40kg), hang snatches (40kg,50kg), hang cleans (40kg,50kg,70kg) and push presses (40kg,50kg,70kg). Did 2×3 at each weight and for each exercise. Plenty of pauses, plenty of position correcting going on. Good to get a bit of groove greasing in.
