*Ouch! Not entirely a pleasant experience! This smoked the hell out of me! It totally shouldn’t have, but it did! I really should be front foot elevated split squatting about 50kg, but I’m no where close at the moment. That’s what training is for ๐Ÿ™‚ No ‘workouts’ for me! There’s too much training to be done ๐Ÿ™‚

B2.Alternating DB Curl
3×8-12/arm@15kg

C. Yoke
3x10m@225kg

I was meant to do 3x10m @ 275kg but I just couldn’t walk with it. I am currently heavily favouring my left leg. My right knee always feels like it’s going to give way. Could be the fact that today was a massive quad workout and my puny pins are getting a flogging! ๐Ÿ™‚ I love it! No pain today, best recover well.ย 

Recovery plan over the next 24hrs:
– Sleep with long leg compression pants
– Ice my knee 3-4 times over the next day or two
– Foam roll my thighs, hips and calves tonight and tomorrow a couple of times
– Get a lot of sleep
– Drink a lot of water
