I had absolutely no time to workout today, so I pulled a late night sesh. I started warming up once everybody left the gym about 1955. And finished my squats at 2055hrs. So it took me an hour to do my squats. I’m a little weak because it’s so late and because I’m just getting over my back issue. I felt ok, just weak.

Calling it a day with minimal reps in my AMRAP set of 95% (130kg). That’s as close to in-and-out as it gets for the bigdawg these days lol 🙂
