Week 1 – Day 5 – Intensification Phase
Triceps and shoulders repetition effort day. This is my favourite workout day of the week! I love pressing and getting stuff overhead. Yay! Here’s what I did.

Verdict, I like this combo of lifts. Did keg presses after doing log for a month or so for something different and to go with the whole instability thing in today’s sesh.
