A. Snatch
In 15mins, work up to 80%. If feeling good, set PR

1RM = 70kg (but did 80kg from hang)

B. Clean
In 15mins, work up to 80%. If feeling good, set PR

1RM = 80kg (but did 80kg 3pos clean @ground,knee,hip as well)

Learning points, and kudos to Andy for pointing it out, I start my first pull on my toes significantly. When I correct this I am more powerful and my bar path is consistently close to my body…go figure! Thanks Andy!

C. Bench Press
5@75kg (75%)
3@85kg (85%)
5@95kg (95%)
14@75kg (75%)-NEW 14RM!!!

D. Power Jerk
In 10mins, find a 2RM

2RM = 85kg (pulled from ground and power cleaned not from racks)
