Bigdog’s Blog – Monday – 180814
I was a bit smoked mentally after the weekend but I had a good day or so of rest and sleep and felt rejuvenated enough to get a quick lifting session in. No conditioning today, just some strength stuff. I’ve been super busy lately so I tweaked my program up a bit and am doing the full Smolov program (13weeks) for the Deadlift and Press. Today I did the base intro session, week 1-day 1.
Felt great, can’t wait for Wednesday to do it all again baby!
