– Squats (linear progressions)
– Pullups x AMRAP unbroken

B. “Team DT”
Teams of 2-3. One person completes a full round before switching.
AMRAP 12min:
– Deadlifts x 12 @ m.50kg,f.35kg
– HPC x 9@ m.50kg,f.35kg
– Jerks x 6@ m.50kg,f.35kg
