A. EMOM x 30mins, alternate through these exercises. You’ll do 10rds of each.
– Row x m.200m,f.175m
– Pullups x m.7,f.3
– 40m Farmer carries @m.32kg/hand,f.24kg/hand (no dumping bells on turf!)

For a challenge, do more reps for pullups or add more weight for farmers.
