New Years is done. The Christmas tree is packed away. The tinsel is down and the leftovers got eaten a week ago. Work is back on. The kids are still annoying each other (bless their hearts) and that roll of fat around your guts isn’t getting smaller. Life is returning to normal and it’s time to quit your bellyaching and get back into the gym.
