CrossFit Devonport – 151215

Holy smokes! 10days till Christmas!!! This year has gone so fast! Seems like yesterday I was riding in a wheelbarrow dressed as Santa being pushed by Salty the red-nosed reindeer! Haha good times 🙂

Lot’s of PR’s and challenges smashed since then. I’m so proud of you all and can’t wait to see what happens in the future!

A. E3min x 3rds
Bench press (LP)

B. EMOM x 10mins
Odd mins – Ring pushups x 7
Even mins – Bar dips x 7
*If you can add weight vest/belt for either of these

C. For time:
CTB pullups x 75
*Scale to bands or jumping if you need. If you do jumping pullups, do 100 🙂
