Partner workout
In pairs, complete 100reps of the following complex as many times as you can without letting go of the bar:
– Deadlift
– Hang squat clean
– Front squat
– Push press
– Push jerk
Partner runs 400m while you complete complex. If you let the bar go, you must run 400m straight away.
