Among other things, Move Strong Gym is home to Devonport’s best strength and conditioning CrossFit facility. We provide high-intensity varied functional training to our members in a fun, educational, and supportive way.

Our CrossFit certified coaches will lead you through each training session which involve elements of strongman, weightlifting, powerlifting, and gymnastics. We train in small groups to make sure you get personalised trainings from our coaches.

That means your workout program will only include routines that will help you reach your goal. Don’t do work when you don’t have to.
