Move Strong Youth

Athlete Squad – Semi-Private Sessions

ESSENTIALS CrossFit Workshop – essential workshop for all new CrossFit members. During the workshop you be taught basic CrossFit skills and movements, as well as gym rules and etiquette, and how to set up and put away equipment.

Strength Semi-Private Sessions – Want to GET STRONG in a safe and small-group setting? Our awesome Coach, Rene O’Neill, is currently running Semi-Private Strength Sessions on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:45pm. These sessions are focused at teaching you how to accurately lift weights using correct technique, and also help you to improve your strength, mobility and stamina. The sessions are based on progressive programming. Do you need to be strong to do these sessions? NO! These sessions are aimed at the beginner-level, and are suitable for any age-group. It’s never too late to start looking after your body and to improve your bone density and muscle mass! These Semi-Private Strength Sessions are $40 for an hour session per week, or $50 for 2 x one hour sessions per week.

Strongman Class – This class uses training techniques specific to Strongman Training and is suitable for males and females. Workouts will include using equipment such as the yoke, the log, strongman stones, farmer carries, axles, and more. You are sure to increase your brute strength and stamina when you do this class. FREE for CrossFit Group Training & Private Coaching members, $10 per session for 24/7 Gym members, and $20 for non-members.

24/7 Gym Access – We also have 24/7 Gym Access which allows our members to come in at any time to train.
