Strongman Class – This class uses training techniques specific to Strongman Training and is suitable for males and females. Workouts will include using equipment such as the yoke, the log, strongman stones, farmer carries, axles, and more. You are sure to increase your brute strength and stamina when you do this class. FREE for CrossFit Group Training & Private Coaching members, $10 per session for 24/7 Gym members, and $20 for non-members.
ROM WOD – Based on the ROM WOD programming. Designed to optimise your range of motion, increase athletic performance, and promote recovery. FREE for CrossFit Group Training & Private Coaching members, $5 per session for 24/7 Gym members, and $10 for non-members.
