Initiation – Group Training
Before you are able to join our regular group training sessions, you must be initiated. This includes being screened to see if you are suited to our type of training. We will screen you for pain and significant issues that may contraindicate participation in our programs. If you have significant pain or injuries, you may be more suited to our Individualised Programme service. Screenings take between 20-30min. After you are screened, you will need to complete our 4 initiation skills workshops. Each skills workshop is one hour when completed within a group setting. If you are completing the workshops one-on-one, the workshops may only take 30min each. We will try to run workshops according to your schedule. So when you’re ready to get started, contact us and we’ll do our best to schedule workshops around your availability.
When you have completed the initiation sessions, you will be free to join in with our regular group training sessions and enjoy all the benefits that our strength and conditioning training program has in store for you!
