Move Strong Gym have designed extra programming for people who want a bit extra, and who have specific goals in mind. Currently, we have two levels of extra work programmed – Mongrels and Hell Raisers. This work is delivered online in our membership portal on our website. You need a password and a login to get access to it – it’s all elite ninja web-voodoo stuff haha Anyways, this is what each program entails…
Mongrels – The goal of this, our hybrid program, is to create an unbridled athlete, with phenomenal ability. Blending the brutal elements of strength and power found in powerlifting, strongman, and olympic weightlifting, with the grace, movement and agility of gymnastics, acrobatics and athletics. Our athletes who follow this extra programming proudly wear the mongrel moniker as a symbol of their hybrid eliteness and all over kill ability.
Hell Raisers – A Hell Raiser is someone who is perhaps a little over the hill, a little banged up, a little worse for wear with a few niggles, bumps and bruises. The fire still burns deep within the soul of a Hell Raiser, but though the mind is indeed willing, the body is not what it used to be. So, we’ve created this level of programming to bring out the beast within you, while gently coddling your fragile skeleto-muscular system in such a way that you will get strong as hell, ripped to shreds and be rocking a 6-pack on the beach sipping funny drinks with little umbrellas while attractive people make wanton glances in your general direction. Essentially this is a bodybuilding program…with typical short sharp conditioning finishers.
To follow our elite programs, you’ll need to hook us up with some extra dosh every 4-weeks (writing and coming up with this stuff ain’t quick and we put a lot of time and effort into it!). It’s $55 for 4-weeks for members, with a minimum of 12-weeks($65 for 4-weeks for non-members).
