Open Gym – 1030-1200, 1330-1900

A. E5min x 5rds
– Good morning x 3-5 reps @ 20X1
– Close grip bench press x 4-6 reps @ 20X1

B. AMRAP 8min
– Get down to windmill x 2/arm
– Crawl x 10m
– Butterfly situps x 15

C. E3-4min x 5rds
– AB x 20sec @ max effort
– Butterfly kip practice x 20sec
