A. Thruster
In 10mins, build to a tough triple

B. 5RFT:
– Goblet Squats x 10
– Strict Neutral Grip Chinups x 5

Optional Extra:

C. For Time:
– Run x 800m
– Thrusters x 21 @ 45% of A.
– Run x 400m
– Thrusters x 15 @ 45% of A.
– Run x 200m
– Thrusters x 9 @ 45% of A.

* Use appropriate dumbbells if 45% is less than 15kg (e.g. if your 45% weight is 12kg, use 2 x 6kg DB’s).
