It’s hard to know how much someone means to you until they’re gone. I look at my little girl, Poppy and my beautiful wife, Filly and I think, I love you so much. I’d do anything for you. I love lifting and working hard but those two girls are my life and I’d do anything for them. I spend way to long thinking about programming, science, business, zombies, and other honestly meaningless stuff compared to my beautiful ones. Time to put my life in order and correct priority imbalances.

So, all in all, a pretty sucky day in terms of mood. I didn’t feel like doing much at all really. Didn’t improve in the Press, and felt slow in my oly lifts. I then did an epic 2hr fart around bodybuilding arms session and felt a little better after that.
