Our fantabulous Coach Andy had a GREAT idea to start running regular Move Strong Adventures. Move Strong Adventures will involve fun, challenging, movement-based activities that will usually be outdoors. It will be a great way to come together as a community, and as friends, and put into practice the “theory” of what we do in the gym – why do we train to be strong and fit if not to be able to do cool, fun stuff?
For our first Move Strong Adventures, we’ll be tackling the Mt Roland Walk. The walk takes approx. 4-6 hrs return and only requires a moderate fitness level.
- Date: Saturday 9 Aug. Meet at the gym at 0830hrs if you want to carpool or follow congo style.
- Who: All MSG members, families and friends are welcome.
- Bring: Good walking shoes, hat, water, snacks, and food for a BBQ or picnic lunch to have after the walk.
