A. “11.2”

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15minutes of:
– Deadlifts x 9 @ m.70kg,f.45kg
– HR Pushups x 12
– Box Jumps x 15 @ m.24″,f.20″

B. In 17mins, alternate exercises – do 8rds of each
– Hang snatch from paused below knee x 1rep
– Situps x 15reps

Record total weight shifted across the 8rds for the snatch.
– Hips must pass parallel in catch for snatch
– Shoulders must pass over hips in situps, feet and hips remain on ground at all times, shoulders hit ground between reps, feet may be held by a partner/implement
– If you miss, you miss getting a score for that round – 8misses equals a score of zero
– No rush to complete this, there’s 17mins to do 8rds, only challenge is the 15situps between rounds – these must be completed before attempting another snatch
