As of Monday next week (2 September 2013), we will no longer be holding a scheduled class at 1830. Instead, this timeslot will be an Open Gym hour. We invite all athletes completing a second WOD for the day, any Open Gym only members and those people booked into an Initiation Workshop (Mon, Wed, Thur) to attend at this time. For more information, please speak to either Bigdog, Andy or Filipa.

We’ve just invested in a bunch of new equipment. New bars, a new pullup rig. More bumpers, collars, a yoke and a guberplex of specialty bars. We were going to do a cute little video to show you how to take care of our new gear, but this one CrossFit Portland did will do the job.
